Glowing center of a purple Crocus... March 16, 2010

We had a few days of rain where I watched my Crocus... they were in bud but not blooming yet. Then, the other day, I went out to get the paper and there they were... smiling at the sun!

    Beautiful! I think I missed the crocuses, but I did see some daffodils yesterday. I think maybe I need to slow down a bit, because running past daffodils on the way into the house is not really cutting it.
